Erm, to make it better? ... Well actually, I kind of recall you saying the threesome was more like two guys and a third wheel ,and that the third would fly with his own wings at some point and meet his match (okay, I didn't read the story because you said you hated it.)
So... Yay new characters! Choose names that can be shortened easily :P
Yes, that is exactly why I hate it. I used to love it, you know, but then people kept pressing me about the inequality of the stupid threesome and I know it's unequal and was never meant to last and... blah. x.x So, yeah. Maybe if I fix it, I won't hate it anymore...
Obviously. In case the first choice proves unmanageable... or in case the intended other half will not give in when confronted with just one god of death.
*more sweatdropping* I... don't really follow 'canon' very well at all with this 'verse. I know basically how the story goes already. The name is mostly immaterial. ^^;
You love those Aztecs, don't ya? ^_^ (Well, I do too, don't worry) What a coincedence. I've been spending my time translating a story from Spanish to English about Aztecs. ^_^
Guy gets hit while on a motorcycle and then he dreams he's in the Aztec empire, 'bout to get sacrificed. It's pretty good so far.
And then there's another one - Mayan, I think, though the Aztecs and Mayans are closely related so whatever - about the Rain God Chac. That one is... really creepy weird. He has a statue of Chac Mool and all these strange incidents start happening, and the statue comes to life. It's actually kind of gross. I'm pretty sure I have a statue of Chac somewhere in my house... *shifty eyes*
Still translating though. I got a crick in my neck from looking back and forth back and forth. ^_^ Tell you the rest when I'm finished.

Translating from/to a paper source, were you? That one usually gives me neck and back pains, too. There are tricks though... like writing a translation version in shorthand (or something resembling it) while keeping your eyes on the source, and then transcribing the actual translation. Still, hard on the hands.
