tygatiSo. Made an attempt at Work last night, since my fever had gone down and I wasn't nearly as bad off as I'd been. Lasted longer than I thought, though still ended up going home early and passing out for almost ten hours. x.x Meh. I am, however, going to have to enforce a rule of silence in this house whilst I'm working Nights, because Little Miss IQ of Twelve up there doesn't seem to realize that Working Nights = Sleeping During the Day = DON'T FREAKING MAKE NOISE!!!

In other news, I seem to have my voice back now. Didn't last night. >.> Which meant that everyone thought it was immensely funny that I couldn't say anything. Except for Lee, who actually had intelligent questions to ask that weren't easily gotten across through Mime. x.x I left him in charge when I bailed. He used to be the regional manager for the TLE (Tire/Lube) until he stepped down to be closer to his family. Lucky kids, having a Dad who puts home over work. Mine never did. We barely saw him... Yes, he loved us, but still... would'a been nice if he'd been around a bit more.
Hey look, I've written a somewhat lengthy, mostly-coherent journal post. I must be feeling better. ^.^ I think I'll treat myself to a nice hot bath whilst no one's here.
