I haven't tried to make or edit a long post in a while, so I haven't noticed, but in the last few days I've attempted to modify some older (long) entries and every single attempt has timed out. Hunting through LJ's FAQ I find the claim that my computer/router's MTU setting is too high for 'the network' and to go search google to figure out specifics.
Okay, I can do that. I search, I find, I read, I tweak. Gee, no change. Unsurprising, since it's worked perfectly well in the past (obviously, or I wouldn't be able to post stories) and has only started misbehaving somewhat recently.
So... now what? o.o Geek asking for geek help, please. :(

Date: 2008-06-09 02:55 am (UTC)Whee, Red Dragon smut! Yes? I shall have to bug you about it tomorrow. Mmm, hopefully. Must give my dog a haircut before he gets a hot spot in this heat. After, then. Will hopefully encounter you on aim, and beg for bits. Story bits, that is. Best to clarify. Heh.
Um, bed time for real, now! *loves*
