While it might make more sense for Herb to swear loyalty to Azragael, Herb is royalty, and Az would find it amusing enough to do so just for kicks.

Oh my god, poor Ruadh. ^^; I think Keiki would be the least, uh, problematic? ^^;

Meanwhile, 4 has kidnapped 12 in an attempt to force their surrender. Following the wise advice of 5, they seek out 3, who gives them what they need to complete their quest.
