Tis the season for baking! And the boys would like to share. <3

Shaial's Double-Chocolate Mint Chip cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pkg chocolate pudding mix
2 cups flour
2/3 cup baking cocoa
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (1/2 pkg) chocolate chips
1 cup (1/2 pkg) mint chips
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy. (Viva Kitchenaid!)
4. Add pudding mix.
5. Add flour mixture to above, gradually.
6. Stir in chips.
7. Drop by teaspoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. (Airbake is my hero)
8. Bake 8-10 minutes or just until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
9. Snarf down as many as possible before friends and family get to them. ;)
