Hmm... I think that another, longer clip I've seen of this indeed shows that the kid gets beaten up. Quite badly with a baseball bat, if I'm not mistaken. The first time I saw it, I was all "oooh, pretty!" and "OHMYGOD YOU IDIOTS DON'T JUST KISS IN FRONT OF A BUNCH OF HIGHSCHOOLERS, ARE YOU NUTS?!". *snickers*
And mmm, olden dancing. More ceremony, more extra frills, but so very pretty. *purrs* And oh, how much justice you did to that image in my head with your words of Julian and Sebastian. I do love them and that scene so.
