Writer's Meme

WRITER'S MEME: Sometimes it's ok to pimp yourself out. Post a list of the top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.
*ponder* This is going to be interesting... >.>
1. The Green Planet - Primarly a character thing, as I think the entire story is desperately in need of a rewrite. But Selan & Arycian are two of my all-time favorite characters, and I really like how dedicated they can be to each other while at the same time remaining utterly clueless to what they have. (or should have) And the 'verse is fun too, cause it's primarly magic/fantasy, but there's that underlying tech/sci-fi that amuses me. ^^; Ahh, I so want to go back and Fix it, but I doubt anyone but me and Meg would care...
2. The Darkness Saga - I want to say it's a character thing, but it isn't... it's a 'verse thing? Hmm. Maybe it's because when I started it I had all five of the original stories planned out before I ever started writing. It was a rare case of me knowing what I wanted to do before I sat down to do it. ^^; Then there's the underlying theme of "don't hate the individual just because the group is stupid." All of the characters are misfits in a way, finding a place where they can really Belong.
3. The Prince, The Wizard, and The Dragon - For the sole reason that I totally didn't think I'd be able to pull off the sekkrit, but somehow I did. ^^ It gives me giggly fuzzies inside. ^____^ Plus, it totally amuses me how badly pwned Ahi'kiha is, however much he denies it. ^__^
4.Beauty and the Beast - It got me writing again. It's pure humor, which really isn't my forte. It's got a submissive Seme and a temperamental Uke. I don't hate it, despite it being the 'first' of my current writing spree and the admittedly weak plot. And, Beldon's temper. ^^; What's not to like about Beldon and his tendency to zap and/or transform people who piss him off?
5. Fin & Fur - I like the 'verse? I think I can have a lot of fun with it once I sit down and start writing again. This one, incidently, has NO notes. Zero. It's the only story I've written without any notes whatsoever.
And Breaking Protocol probably should be on the list, but it's another one that really needs rewriting. x.x So it doesn't get to be on the list because I just went through it not long ago and picked out everything that was Wrong and Needed Fixing and there was a lot. *siiiigh* I love the chars but want to stab the story? >.> Something like that...
x.x Man that was a pain in the ass. I have various things I like & dislike about all my stories, so picking out 'favorites' was sheer torture. It'd be way easier to pick out favorite characters, cause those I do have. ^^;
