Thanksgiving-slash-Black Friday
x.x *ded*
So, Wednesday I worked 6-4pm. Went home, threw clothes in a bag, grabbed the groceries Mom made me buy, and drove the 3 1/2 hours to her place. >.> Note to self, never do that again. Every moron in the planet thinks they know how to drive around holidays. x.x
Got there, said hi, passed out. Thurs Mom dragged me out for a walk in the woods and I took pictures of pretty green stuff. Then there was food. Yay food. Real mashed potatoes. *.* You never really appreciate those until you haven't had them for a year or two.
Headed home around 5:15. Got in around 8:45. Unpacked, passed out. z.z
Went to work at 6am. Hate hate hate Black Friday. Even my little locally-owned hardware store there were people waiting outside the doors. x.x It was a very hectic morning. Calmed down a bit around 8-ish, then picked up again a little while later. Busybusybusy. I hurt. x.x
Also, they seem to have forgotten I'm part-time. Next week's schedule:
Mon: 6-4pm
Tue-Thur: 6-3pm
Fri: 1-9pm
And it's freaking freezing. >.< I hate winter.

The reason they're giving you more hours is because of all the increased business. They need extra help because there are more customers. You'll get your normal hours back once it dies down a bit. At least I'm assuming you will. *shrug* Happened with all the part timers when I worked retail.
Try and get some sleep. And drink warm fluids. That helps too.
